Oluleye began his career as an HR Consultant and Client Liaison Officer at St John Ambulance in the UK, where he streamlined induction and onboarding programs for First Aid Volunteers nationwide. He later served as Human Resource Manager at Ciuci Consulting International Limited, partnering with senior management to design and implement HR programs across multiple regions.
